I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season on Kauai (May-October). Dates are limited and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

A 20% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Fifty percent is due 90 days before your event, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before. If you book less than one month out, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Yes! I am happy to customize your services even after you have sent a deposit. Please note however, that if an additional artist is hired for your event, services cannot be reduced for a refund if within 90 days of your date.

Travel time is calculated from Princeville on the North Shore of Kaua‘i and is $50 per hour when not included in your package. Locations such as Kōke‘e that require 4x4 access are priced based on conditions. Inter-island travel is determined by the destination and schedule.
